Abbie: 19 Weeks

Weight: I think close to 14 pounds.

Health: All good!

Sleep: Ugh. It’s been a rough week. After sleeping through the night a few times last week, she got us back this week – she’s been up every night. The worst was waking up for the day on Thursday at 4:30 am – I tried to get her to go back to sleep, but no dice. She also woke up after only 3 hours last night and got up for the day today at 5:15. I’m hoping it was only like that today because she took too long of a nap at the sitter on Thursday and it’ll even itself out.

Social: Lots more babbling and smiling, and she’s laughing now! Best sound ever.

Diet: Both breastmilk and formula. Still getting about one bottle of breastmilk and 3 of formula at the sitter. I’m really struggling to pump enough during the workday for her too. In the solids department, she’s now had bananas – they’re her favorite food so far!

Clothes: 3-6 months and 6 months, although I discovered that a few of her 3 month onesies still fit.

Baby Gear Love: Now that she’s eating solids, she definitely likes the high chair better!

Crying: Only when she needs something. She’s usually really happy.

Likes: Playing on the bed, singing the Hokie Pokie.

Nicknames: Abbie, Abs, Abbiecakes, Stinker, Bug, Buggie

Postpartum: Feeling ok. I’ve been struggling on the weight loss lately, but I’m confident I’ll recommit and pull through. I also think my postpartum hair loss has finally started…

Milestones: Laughing!
