Bumpdate: 22 Weeks!

How Far Along? 22 Weeks!

Weight Gain? About 20 pounds…a little more than I wanted, but that’s okay.

Size of Baby? About 8 inches and 1 pound! Little one is getting bigger – about the size of a spaghetti squash.

Maternity Clothes?  Yep, got a good deal on some new stuff from Old Navy too – I think the only thing non-maternity I’m really wearing are pajamas…and I don’t think that’ll last much longer!

Stretch Marks?  They arrived in the past two weeks…and I broke down and bought cocoa butter. I HATE the smell of it, but if it helps I’ll do it. Honestly, I expected to get them (my mom did and they say it’s genetic) so I’m not that concerned…so I’m just hoping to minimize them.

Gender? Most of the time I think girl, but occasionally boy…only 18 weeks left to find out! (Unless BB decides to take his/her time…)

Sleep? Just waking up a few times to pee, but otherwise good.

Food Cravings? None!

Symptoms? Tiredness is coming back, but otherwise I feel pretty normal.

Movement? BB is moving around in the there, getting stronger!

Belly Button? Innie.

Wedding rings on or off? On.

Labor signs? So not ready to think of any of this yet!

Best Moment of the Week? My extra nap on Sunday…it’s the little things sometimes!

What I Miss? I could use a beer!

What I am looking forward to: Starting to clean out the nursery and get stuff in storage so we can set up the crib and start decorating!

  1. Looking good mama! And I don’t think I’ll ever have kids because I can’t give up delicious beer for 9 months 🙂
