Bacon-Wrapped Smokies


1 package Wright Bacon ®

1 package of Hillshire Farm ®  Lit’l Smokies ® Smoked Sausage

1 package shaved parmesan cheese

1 package of pitted dates



Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a sheet pan with non-stick spray or line with non-stick foil (my method of choice).

Cut the bacon slices in half.

Carefully wrap the Lit’l Smokies ® – place a pinch of shaved parmesan between a date and a Lit’l Smokies ®, then wrap in a half slice of bacon. Push a toothpick through the whole thing to keep it wrapped while it bakes.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bacon is crispy.

Let cool, then arrange on a platter and serve!
