Stitch Fix: March 2017

Another month, another Stitch Fix! I’m excited to share this month’s fix with you – some really pretty pieces arrived at my doorstep, but a few of them just didn’t work, so I had a much easier time deciding what to keep this time. On to my fix!
My Stitch Fix for March 2017! In this box I got one of my favorite items of all time - a pair of coral jeans perfect for spring!

Market & Spruce Sefton Henley Top – XL – $48

I’m always skeptical when I receive a button down shirt. In general, they tend to not work on me because of my large chest – somehow they always make it look even bigger. I like the print on this because it’s bright and fun, but that’s about it. The arm holes were also really weird on this – they cut really low and exposed my bra, so I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a photo without a sweater. Just not a good top for me. Verdict: Returned.

41Hawthorn Tova Dress – XXL – $64

The only thing I really liked about this dress was the colors. The fit on this was weird, and I’m not sure if it was because it was sized up or if it was just weird in general. The arm holes were too big and I couldn’t figure out where the waistline was supposed to be, and this just wasn’t a winner. Verdict: Returned.

Liverpool Kolten Denim Jacket – XL – $88

I have never had a denim jacket before, so I was excited to see this in my box! I also love the Liverpool brand (it’s pretty much my favorite jeans brand) so I knew it would be high quality. I really liked it, but it was just a bit too small, especially in the arms (a common problem for me). I did check to see if I could grab it in the next size up, but it wasn’t available. If I could have exchanged the size it would have been a keeper, but I couldn’t justify keeping something I couldn’t button. Verdict: Returned.

Renee C Stillwater Crochet Top – XXL – $54

When I took this too out of the box, my first thought was that it looked a lot like the navy lace top I kept a while back. This one though is a large crochet on top with a matching liner. This top fit weirdly – the arms were super tight even though it was sized up, and I didn’t love how the crochet detail fell below the undershirt. Ultimately this just wasn’t a winner. Verdict: Returned.

Liverpool Elizabeth Super Skinny Jean – 12 – $78

This is the absolute hands down winner of this entire box. These are identical to the jeans I got in this box that I love… except in coral. I LOVE these jeans and literally could not wait to wear them. They fit perfectly and are so comfortable, and I love the fun color – perfect for spring! Obviously, the best spring jeans ever. Verdict: Kept!

So that’s my box for March! Even though I only kept one thing, I’m perfectly fine with that since I’m in love with them. I’m excited to see what comes in next month’s box – now to figure out what to ask for!
