Five On Friday!

Time for Five Friday!

{ONE}

Now that Nichole’s wedding is over, I really want to cut my hair – I haven’t cut it since I went back to work in April!  I’m looking at something like the two below…thoughts?

{TWO}

I really want to buy a yogurt maker or learn how to make it myself.  Abbie goes through over 30 ounces of yogurt a week, and making it myself could save us some money….or at least make sure we have enough for her!  Little girl LOVES her yogurt.

{THREE}

I’m so excited for fall TV to come back…Revenge, Nashville, New Girl, Parenthood…get on my TV!

{FOUR}

Abbie has been doing SO WELL with her nighttime sleeping – sleeping through the night almost every night!  Makes for a happy Momma!

{FIVE}

Yom Kippur starts tonight- I wish all of you that are fasting an easy fast!  May you be inscribed for a good year!

Happy Weekend everyone!

  1. Oh I LOVE that haircut on the right! Do it!! 🙂 I’ve been wanting to do something different w/ mine but I can’t decide if I’m ready to go short again or not…. decisions, decisions!

  2. Found your blog on the link-up! We make yogurt from time to time and its super easy! I cant remember exactly but I can email you when I find the recipe, but I think we always boiled a gallon of milk to certain temp, bought one container of plain greek yogurt, divided that up into mason jars,poured milk in and wrapped them in towels and put them in coolers. I think that was what we did, but I will find recipe and email you! You can choose any flavor though 🙂

  3. Hi there, found your blog via 5 On Friday. Love the haircuts you picked. They are both nice. I really like the one on the right as well. Great idea about making your own yogurt.

  4. Is revenge coming back? I heard rumors and was sad, so I’m glad to see this!! And we might need to chat more about the nightmare’s. Drew’s been having quite a few lately.

    Don’t miss our letter link up next week where you can write how you think Abbie will be someday! It will be a great one to look back upon someday!

  5. I think your hair might take better to the one of the left, but they’re both cute! I went to the Williams Sonoma outlet in Leesburg labor day weekend and they had yogurt making stuff… not sure what the price was, but might be worth looking at!

  6. Thanks – I’d love the recipe! I feel like I’ve seen recipes on how to make it at home but never really paid attention. Abbie eats the plain full-fat greek yogurt, so hopefully that’s pretty easy to do – I did a little research and it looks like I’ll have to strain it for her to get the greek consistency.

  7. Yep, September 29! I’m pretty excited to see it come back, it’s one of my favorites. Abbie doesn’t really have nightmares yet that I know of.

    The linkup looks fun – I’ll definitely try to participate!
