Four Years

Four years ago today, I woke up early and wrote this little post. I spent the morning with my closest friends and family, then put on the most beautiful dress I’ve ever worn.

My parents walked me down the aisle, and in what seemed like mere moments, I was married.

We celebrated with dancing, cake, and my favorite ice cream.

Four years have gone by. We’ve had our ups and downs, our stresses and our absolute joys. We added a beautiful little girl to our family that makes us smile every day. We learned from our lives and each other. Four years later, Chris and I are different people than we were when we got married. We’ve grown and changed from our experiences, both shared and individual.

Every day, I’m thankful I get to go through life with this guy. Every day, I’m proud of the little family we are.
