Cleaning is NOT my strong suit. It never has been. I mean, look at this mess.
Anyone who knows me in real life isn’t going to be surprised by this at all. On any given day, I have piles of papers ready to be sorted, toys all over my living room floor, and laundry piles everywhere, in various states of being done. There’s laundry to be sorted, laundry in the wash, laundry in the dryer, laundry to be folded, and laundry to be put away. Why in the world does it take so long to do laundry? That’s where I need a backup plan.
I try to stay on top of it, but occasionally those laundry piles become an issue when it’s time to wash the diapers. As you may know, we cloth diaper 95% of the time, but we have always kept a package of disposable diapers in Ella’s current size on hand for when the laundry gets out of control. I’ve tried a few different brands, but I always come back to Huggies.
Huggies are the only brand of disposable diapers I trust to keep all the mess in Ella’s diaper, where it belongs. We started solids recently, so we all know that means more interesting diaper changes, and Huggies wipes are strong, absorbent, and have never failed me. They truly Hug the Mess and live up to the One and Done promise on their packaging.
Of course, Abbie’s favorite part of helping is that there are usually characters on the Huggies package and diapers, and she’s already ready to teach Ella all about them.
Since diapers add up even when you aren’t buying many of them, I’m always looking for ways to save on them. I love that I can stop by Family Dollar to grab them and use a smart coupon to save $2. Every penny counts when you’re raising kids, right?
