Finding the right fit at work can be hard – making sure the position is right for you, the company aligns with your strength and values, and you get along with your coworkers and managers. That’s where Good&Co comes in.
Good&Co is a new platform that helps you discover your unique strengths in the workplace. It then branches out in additional quizzes to how you come across to others, your networking style, how you get things done, and how you come across to coworkers. Quite honestly, I took the first quiz and got hooked – I kind of love personality quizzes like this. It pulled my information from Facebook and LinkedIn easily, making it seamless to get started.
The most interesting part of the Good&Co quizzes was that my strengths changed as I did more quizzes! I started out with the Technician, Protector, and Humanitarian roles, but by the time I finished, I was the Technician, Idealist, and Strategist. Once I finished all the quizzes, it really showed so much about myself I already knew.
It turns out that according to Good&Co, I am “an inventive, innovative person who enjoys coming up with new ideas, grappling with complex concepts, and working out action plans to implement them.” It also said I am scientific, methodical, detail-oriented, accommodating, and innovative. Most of that didn’t surprise me at all!
In addition to showing your own profile, Good&Co also allows you to check your fit with other people as well as companies. It’s nice to see what traits you have in common and figure out how that can help you move up in your career.
