Lately…

As I’m sure all of you have noticed, I’ve been kind of MIA from blogland (with the exception of weekly bumpdates of course).  The truth is, there’s been a lot going on (like a major happening at work – don’t worry, I’m fine) and honestly, most days I’m too tired to do anything but put my feet up when I get home.  So here’s what we’ve been up to…

Katie and Pete’s Wedding! (September 22)

And of course, Baby Beer’s first Hokie game! (Sept 29…sad we lost, but it was fun)

I do have to tell all of you something about that game that I am equal parts incredibly embarrassed and proud of…I almost got into a fight with a Cincinnati fan at the end of the game….I think they learned how much Hokie fans love our school!  I’ve never gotten that heated over a game – usually I just get sad.  I think my pregnancy hormones got me fired up!  Just goes to show that I’m not a fairweather fan – I love my Hokies even when they disappoint me!

So that’s been our lives recently – thankfully last weekend and the next few don’t have any huge events!
