My Kitchen: Chocolate Cookie Parfait

I love any excuse to eat chocolate. So when I heard that last Friday was Chocolate Pudding Day, well, I had to celebrate that. Who wouldn’t?

So, to celebrate, I whipped up this little concoction… and enjoyed every bite. I also made it during naptime so I didn’t have to share. The best part? It was super easy.

I started with Kozy Shack Chocolate Pudding, of course. I’ve worked with Kozy Shack before, and it’s always been one of my favorites. I put a spoonful in the bottom of a glass, then layered it with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, more pudding, and of course some whipped topping on top.

It looks pretty amazing, right? Well it’s for good reason. Kozy Shack pudding is made with simple ingredients like milk, eggs, sugar and cocoa. It’s delicious by itself or whipped up into a parfait like I’ve done. But what I want to know is – what would you do with your pudding? Leave your ideas for your Kozy Shack Chocolate pudding in the comments!

  1. Oh my word, this looks amazing. I didn’t know chocolate pudding day was even a thing, thank goodness. I could eat 10 of those!! 🙂

    1. Apparently there’s a tapioca pudding day and a rice pudding day too. Get ready, haha.

  2. Wow, that looks delicious! I love chocolate pudding with whipped cream! It’s one of my comfort foods from childhood. I like the little glass container you made it in – very cute! I’m definitely going to have to make it!
