Sometimes these posts are some of my favorites to read, since it really gives you a peek inside another person’s life. Plus, it is frigid here today (my car said NINE degrees when I got in it this morning), and it’s just too cold to think. So here you go!
Reading… You Should Have Known by Jean Hanff Korelitz. I’m about 100 pages in and struggling a little, but I think I may have FINALLY reached the point where it starts to reel you in. Here’s hoping, because it’s been slow going thus far.
Wearing… Lots of layers. Have I mentioned it’s frigid outside??
Listening… to Serial. Well, I just started, and the first podcast has me intrigued. I’ve heard great things about it, so I’m thinking it’ll become part of my morning commute (thank goodness for bluetooth streaming to my car).
Making… sloppy joes for dinner. Possibly the easiest dinner ever, and Abbie usually loves it. Of course, now that I’ve said that, she probably won’t eat it tonight. Oh, toddlers.
Wishing… I had a blanket, or a sweatshirt, or a space heater. So. Cold.
Looking forward to… the weekend. This week has worn me out!
Hoping… that I start feeling better soon. Getting a cold is no fun.
Eating… lunch. Attempting to be healthy with soup and salad, even though I really want cheese fries.
Drinking… water, all the time. Possibly some more coffee too, before I hit my 2pm caffeine stop. If I have caffeine after that, I can’t sleep at night. Please tell me I’m not the only one!
Going… to the gym on my lunch break, even though all I really want to do is take a nap.
Wondering… what’s going to be in my next Stitch Fix box. Best service ever.
Wanting… a cookie. A really big one. Darn eating healthy.
Missing… my bug. I hope she’s having a good day at daycare!
Feeling… cold. Have I not mentioned that yet?
Loving… my little family. They’re my world, for sure.

I like these kinds of posts too! It’s a nice way to catch everyone up on what’s been going on 🙂 Go YOU for getting to the gym on your lunch break. I wish I could make that work!!
Well, don’t give me too much credit, the gym is in my building at work…
