It’s Friday, so you know what that means around here…
I started double-tracking again. Confused? As you probably know, I’m a big fan of Weight Watchers and do that primarily to keep track of my food and exercise. Occasionally, I feel I need a little more information about the foods I’m eating, so I start tracking on My Fitness Pal in addition to Weight Watchers. It helps me see what I’m eating in a different way, and if I’m getting enough protein, fiber, etc. I’ll never abandon Weight Watchers, but I find if I do this every so often it helps me stay focused on eating the right foods. I meant to do it weeks ago, but I’m finally going to get my herbs started this weekend. I wanted to start them in March, but it was SO cold all month that I was afraid they would freeze before they really started to grow. They’ll come up a little late this year, but I’m okay with that. This year I’m planning to do basil, parsley, oregano, chives, rosemary, thyme, and possibly cilantro.
More and more people I know are getting fitbits…and I think it’s awesome. More people to compete with!
I’m not allowing myself to buy any more Easter candy. Well, except maybe ONE set of Peeps. Girl has to have some sugar, right? But these white chocolate M & Ms are crazy addictive for me…so I need to stop buying them. Maybe at least for this week?
