Saturday: Apricot Glazed Pork Tenderloin, Herbed Brown Rice, and Cauliflower – The pork was a new recipe, and it’s delicious! I’ll hopefully be sharing that soon!

Monday: Beef and Broccoli
Tuesday: Spicy Asian Noodles with Chicken
Wednesday: Spring Gnocchi with Vegetables
Thursday: Homemade Pizza
